Bank South Pacific (BSP) has presented close to K500,000 (US$150,000) to the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) PNG to host two ABAC related events this year.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Robin Fleming, presented the cheque 2018 ABAC chair, David Toua, at BSP Ravalien Haus, Port Moresby, on Thursday (March 8th).
The sponsorship will go towards the MSME Symposium (12th – 13th September), and the ABAC CEO Summit (15th – 17th November).
He said as a leading bank in PNG and the South Pacific, BSP raised its hand in supporting the ABAC events.
“BSP looks forward to supporting and participating in discussions to forge good relations with its neighbours and the wider global community, in engaging in dialogue with APEC economy leaders, ministers, and high-level government officials and to discover business opportunities through networking with CEOs from the Asia-Pacific,” said Fleming.
