A 25 year old man has been arrested and charged for an accident in Apia on Thursday night.
Police and Emergency services officers rushed to the scene in front of Seana Bar in Sogi to remove occupants from the wreckage.
Bystanders were baffled and horrified at the way the two vehicles ended up.
There has been no explanation as to how one of the vehicles landed on top of the other.
However, police have released a statement about those involved.
"No one has been critically harmed from the incident, but we have charged one man for negligent driving," said police spokesperson Maotaoalii Kaioneta.
"He currently awaits his time in court, and luckily no one has been harmed, the accident was pretty serious," he added.
Earlier this week, police attended to another accident involving two taxis.
