Zayn Malik, 22, has always been our Bradford Bad Boi, but ever since he split from One Direction, he’s reached a new level of mischief. Between his beef with the band, to his feud with producer Naughty Boy, SO much has happened since that sad day in March when Zayn walked away from the band.
1) Cheating Scandal — Days after Zayn announced he would be leaving 1D for good, new cheating rumors came out about the singer being unfaithful to his then fiancée, Perrie. Swedish model Martina Olsson, 24, said that Zayn, 22, had sex with her twice while he was in Thailand with One Direction the week prior. “He didn’t mention anything to me about having a fiancée,” she told The Sun. “He was really flirtatious.”
2) Naughty Boy released Zayn’s first solo song, “I Won’t Mind” — Who can forget that day when the first hint of a Zayn solo career appeared? Naughty Boy tweeted out a Soundcloud link to the demo of Zayn’s song, “I Won’t Mind” on March 30, and fans went crazy. They were excited, they were hurt — it was not even a week after Zayn had quit the band!
3) No hair, don’t care — When Zayn debuted his brand new buzz cut weeks after leaving 1D, fans were at a loss for words! He obviously looked amazing– he can do no wrong! He showed off his new look on the red carpet at the Asian Awards on April 17, almost one month after his departure from the band. New life, new look!
4) Zayn and Louis feud — We thought Zayn left 1D on good terms, so it was quite shocking to see he and ex-bandmate Louis Tomlinson fighting on Twitter.
