Fiji Warriors aim to counter Tongan defense

The match between the Swire Shipping Fiji Warriors and Tonga A will be the most looked forward clash of the World Rugby Pacific Challenge that kicks off this Friday.

Fiji thrashed Tonga 57-7 in the final round of the WRPC last year.

Coach Senirusi Seruvakula says there is a lot of work needed in camp so that they can counter the physical Tongan defense.

“This morning we had our team meeting there’s a room for improvement as you all know we just came back together last week and there’s lot of work on and that’s what we doing this morning.”

The Fiji Warriors will take on Tonga at 5pm (local time) on Friday at the ANZ Stadium.

Meanwhile, Junior Japan meets Samoa earlier at 2.30pm (local time) on Friday at the same venue.
