Sky Pacific unveils five new Channels as part of an ongoing improvement plan

In addition the Fight Sports Channel, MTV Live, Boomerang, TVWAN Life will be added from 15th June. The five new channels will be a major boost for Sky customers across the Pacific.

Sky Pacific welcomes the world famous Paramount channel

From noon today, it will be broadcast for tens of thousands of Sky Pacific customers across the region.

Since Digicel has taken ownership of Sky Pacific a mere 2 months ago, they have already started improving content- and the introduction of the Paramount Channel is further testament to their dedication to bring about positive change for customers.

New premium sports channel added on Sky Pacific

This announcement means Sky Pacific will now have 3 full time sports channels – Super Channel, ESPN, and TVWAN Sports.

TVWAN Sports is a full-time sports channel and will screen premium rugby content, top football competitions from Europe, the NRL from Australia and national domestic club and provincial rugby matches from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.  

High quality shows for Sky Pacific with new ownership

The transition of the ownership of Sky Pacific to the Digicel business follows last year’s announcement of the agreement to acquire the Sky Pacific operations.

Digicel on track for Pay TV

Digicel Fiji Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Darren McLean is very happy to get the licenses from the Fiji Government after an announcement was made in September last year about the purchase of Sky Pacific.
