Samoa Airways Travel Centre opens in South Western Sydney,24-hour call centre

Samoa Airway’s newest Travel Centre has opened for business in Liverpool, the major city centre in South Western Sydney.

The walk-in sales office is situated within the Samoa Consulate at Suite 1, Ground Floor 45–47 Scott Street, Liverpool and operates Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

According to CEO Tupuivao Seiuli Alvin Tuala ‘the Liverpool office is part of our strategic development plan and the outlet will allow us to more effectively engage with our customer-base in a region that is growing rapidly and is easily accessible for our community’.

In a related development, the Airline’s Australian and New Zealand Call Centre has transitioned to a 24-hour operation, ensuring support is available around-the-clock for customers requiring assistance with bookings. The Call Centre may be reached on 1800 359 726 in Australia and 0800 359 726 in New Zealand. Customers in Samoa can continue to contact 23097 for after-hours support.

The Airline acknowledges the support of the Samoa Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade through the Office of the Consul General in Liverpool, and its Australian and New Zealand General Sales Agent, Aviation Online in setting-up the travel centre.

Samoa Airways is the national carrier of Samoa. It operates scheduled international air services using a Boeing 737-800 offering both business and economy class. The airline flies daily between Apia and Auckland and twice weekly between Apia and Sydney, and Apia and Brisbane. Samoa Airways also operates a fleet of Twin Otter turbo-prop aircraft which fly multiple times daily between Fagalii and Pago Pago, in addition to domestic services within American Samoa
