The East Association team is the new champion of the Samoa Independence Basketball tournament.
The team took both the women's U16 and the men's U16.
They played against West in the men's team and scored 29-14.
The women’s also defeated the west team 33-24.
This is the first year that the Samoa National Basketball Association has merged players from each association in each divisions.
