Demi Lovato is back, and this time she's angry

"What fascinates me," she said, "is metal."

She continued by namechecking hardcore bands Dimmu Borgir and Job For A Cowboy, whose songs were called things like Reduced to Mere Filth and Tormentor of Christian Souls.

"I think [Disney Channel president] Gary Marsh would kill me."

Demi Lovato says she was raped as a teenager

The 28-year-old revealed in her documentary Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil that the person faced no consequences after she came forward.

Radio 1 Newsbeat has contacted the Disney Channel for comment.

The documentary was shown at the South by Southwest virtual festival.

"My MeToo story is me telling somebody that someone did this to me and they never got in trouble for it," says Demi Lovato in it, according to Variety's review.

Lovato also told reporters she had been "left with brain damage and I still feel the effects of that".

Those effects include blurry vision that means she can't drive and made reading difficult, she revealed.

Some victims have taken legal action, but Demi has shrugged off this latest incident.

Demi also pointed out that it wouldn't be the first time fans had seen her naked.
