Digicel announces new customer service hours

Digicel has announced new customer care service hours for its call centre which comes into effect today.

In line with customer demand and to ensure the delivery of the very best levels of service, Digicel Customer Care Agents will now be available via the call centre between the hours of 7am to 1am daily.

Digicel Samoa’s CEO Milos Surla said, “The new Customer Care hours are a result of constant internal reviews to ensure that Digicel is always delivering the standard of service that meets our customers’ demands. By switching from a 24-hour roster to this new service period, Digicel is ensuring that more resources are available when customers need them most.”
