In line with customer demand and to ensure the delivery of the very best levels of service, Digicel Customer Care Agents will now be available via the call centre between the hours of 7am to 1am daily.

By switching from a 24-hour roster to this new service period, Digicel is ensuring that more resources are available when customers need them most.”
