A wind advisory has been issued for all of Samoa and coastal flood for northern low-lying areas due to high surf.
The Samoa Meteorology Division says heavy rain warning remains for all of the country with flooding possible in vulnerable areas.
The adverse weather conditions are linked to Tropical Disturbance 09F 9TD09F) which lies to the south within the vicinity of Samoa.
RNZ earlier reported flooding in some low lying parts of the capital this morning with the Vaisigano River topping its banks and dumping debris and logs on the city's waterfront
