Liqour Board inspections

Samoa Liquor Board inspects Savaii businesses

Other irregularities that were revealed include businesses failing to inform the relevant ministry that they do not sell liquor anymore and some businesses not renewing their licenses.

The inspection team also found that some businesses have closed down but have not notified the Ministry to cancel their licenses.

The inspection started in Salelologa last Thursday and has since ended.

A statement said the findings were addressed at a board meeting chaired by Minister for Revenue Tialavea Tionisio Hunt.
