Newsline Samoa reported the principals were concerned that the deliberately insulting Facebook posts could spark fights between students.
Leifiifi College's Maraea Lauano said she had asked the police to investigate obscene language posted about her school.
Ms Lauano and Don Bosco Technical School headmaster Mane Su'a have met to discuss ways to ensure the safety of students.
The principals have warned their pupils about the dangers of such posts on social media.
