It is the only match the Wallabies will play in Sydney this year and it will be their final hitout before flying out for the World Cup in Japan.
Samoa are ranked 17th in the world with Australia sixth.
Samoa famously upset the Wallabies in Sydney in 2011.
“With the World Cup in our sights this year we really want to build some momentum to help take our game up a level or two, I think that’s really important for us,” Wallabies coach Michael Cheika said.
