Joseph Parker and Tyson Fury exchanged tweets on Saturday, with the world heavyweight champion giving the New Zealand tips for his upcoming fight.
Parker takes on Carlos Takam on May 21 in an IBF title eliminator bout and Fury told Parker he should win it easily.
"Good fight for your ranking, but you will smash him," Fury said to Parker in a message.
The conversation between the two started with Parker hoping Fury was well and then evolved into one about their upcoming bouts.
The winner of the Parker v Takam fight will become the No 1 mandatory challenger and will face either Charles Martin or Anthony Joshua for the IBF belt.
Fury did win the IBF belt when he defeated Wladimir Klitschko last year, but was stripped of it for not fighting the mandatory challenger, Vyacheslav Glazkov.
