Authority Acting Chief Executive Saman Ekanayake says many water plants and sources had been submerged in water.
Mr Ekanayake says most of the Authority locations had been repaired and were back online.
However he says a major station supplying the capital Suva had been severely damaged by a landslide which meant nearly 50,000 people were still facing disruptions.
