Husband of Vietnamese woman caught with drugs in Samoa identified

Director of Homeland Security Samana Semo Veavea says the man and his wife work on a farm in Leone and have lived in the territory for a few years. They have a local sponsor whom Homeland Security is questioning.

Samana says their investigations reveal that the husband traveled from Samoa on Sunday with the counter medication which were confiscated by the Department of Health because they did not have English labelling.

These were Panadol tablets and eye drops.
