Manny Pacquiao wants fight reviewed

Pacquiao lost his World Boxing Organisation (WBO) welterweight championship to Australian Horn in a contentious points decision on Sunday in the 'Battle of Brisbane' at Suncorp Stadium.

While the 38-year-old Pacquiao said he accepted the view of the judges in his in-ring interview immediately after the fight, he has grown more critical of the result since returning to the Philippines.

Fury: Parker won't know me

Fury hasn't fought for a year as he took time out to recover from a rare acne condition that was affecting his power and durability.

He has spoken first-hand of his struggles and rejuvenation in a column for the Mirror newspaper, saying his condition had got so bad he was "conning my way through fights with my skill and my knowledge and at one point I thought about about giving up".

He was depressed as he made no progress in the gym, instead "going backwards".

Rush to clear Hughie Fury of doping allegations ahead of WBO title fight with Joseph Parker

The delays with the anticipated fight continue but May 6 in Auckland looks the likely date, rather than the initial April 1.

But a cloud hangs over the fight with Fury, along with his cousin and former world champion Tyson Fury, still having an alleged positive test to banned steroid nandrolone hanging over them since 2015.

Both deny taking the banned substance and have blamed their positive tests on contaminated meat. There has been no confirmation over their B sample tests.

Hughie Fury's trainer and father could be denied NZ visa for Joseph Parker title fight

Parker's promoters, Duco Events, are seeking sponsorship and working towards hosting the 25-year-old's first world title defence in New Zealand against undefeated Brit Fury, cousin of former heavyweight champion Tyson.

But there could be a major hitch in the works for the Fury camp, with Immigration New Zealand confirming Peter would need to jump through several hoops to be granted a visa.

Peter is a convicted drugs baron who stalked Manchester's notorious underworld for decades.

Andy Ruiz plans to cramp up Joseph Parker in WBO title fight

The 27-year-old Mexican has laid out his fight plan for their WBO heavyweight title fight in Auckland on December 10.

Parker will know if Ruiz has brushed his teeth before he enters the ring because he plans on being in the Kiwi's face all night.

"The main thing is just to be on him, me pressing at all times, make him feel suffocated ... that I'm always there," Ruiz said after another exhausting training session at his altitude camp in Big Bear, California.
